The Health Club of Naples Offers FREE FItness Coaching Sessions Every Month

Regular physical activity is vital to staying fit and healthy.  To help your body to "feel good" it is imperative that you continue to be good to your body and stay in shape.  The Health Club of Naples wants to make this process as easy as possible by offering FREE fitness coaching sessions to its members each month.  With the right program, staying in top shape can be easy and even fun.  We invite everyone to take advantage of experienced and educated staff as they will meet with you individually every month to make sure you are reaching your goals. 

 

It all starts with you making a commitment to yourself to "feel good"!  First, when you become a member, you will meet with a Sports Performance Specialist who will take you through a series of activities that will establish your fitness baseline. 

In order to see progress and keep you motivated, we need to see exactly where your fitness level started so your program will actually work on what YOUR BODY'S individual needs.

 

Every month, we will look at your overall strength and conditioning of your upper body, lower body and core.  We have created a series of fitness challenges that allow us to determine your true fitness level.  We will look at your abdominal, triceps, chest, back and leg strength because these areas are indicators of improvement in overall endurance, function and sports performance. 

 

We will also look to improve your cardiovascular endurance as well as your overall balance because both will decrease as you age and become more sedentary. If you are able to improve your cardiovascular endurance you can and will increase your life expectancy, lower your risk for serious diseases, lower in your overall body composition and overall weight.  Regular physical activity will also lower your blood pressure and make your heart more efficient which will allow you to have more energy to complete the activities that you enjoy.
